Narendra C Rane

Narendra Rane is a veteran of the Indian agricultural inputs industry with over 35 years of cross-functional experience spanning product management, new product and business development, regulatory affairs, project management, and business strategy. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Indofil Industries Ltd., where he led operations across domestic and international markets for one of India's established agrochemical companies. As a member of the Governing Council at Paramverse Bio, he provides strategic guidance on go-to-market architecture, product pipeline development, and regulatory navigation as the company builds its biological crop-care platform.

Vivek Garg

Vivek Garg

Vivek Garg joins Paramverse Bio as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing operational experience from running a ₹1,500 Cr commodities business. His appointment marks the company's shift from founder-led execution to institutionalised commercial governance. As CCO, Vivek holds end-to-end ownership of the commercial engine — regulatory compliance, distribution network management, inventory integrity, and revenue assurance — and leads field operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka with a team comprising Danish and Narayan. In parallel, he drives ERP integration alongside Kartik, building the systems backbone for real-time visibility into inventory movement, distributor balances, and working capital. Vivek functions as the structured counterweight to sales — ensuring growth is matched by collection discipline, inventory control, and regulatory standing as the network expands.

Sutirtha Roy

Sutirtha Roy brings experience across strategy, financial analysis, and go-to-market design, built at ExxonMobil and Sun Pharmaceuticals before joining Paramverse Bio. At ExxonMobil, he worked in marketing and business analytics for the Performance Polyethylene business across global markets. At Sun Pharma, he served as EA to the COO, handling the Emerging Markets portfolio across 25+ geographies — covering sales alignment, product launches, subsidiary GTM frameworks, and sales force excellence initiatives. At Paramverse Bio, Sutirtha works from the CEO's Office on business strategy, financial modelling, brand architecture, channel design, and investor and banking engagements as the company builds its biological crop-care platform.

Anuj Arora

Anuj Arora brings over 21 years of experience across the agricultural value chain — spanning agri-input sales, supply chain management, FPO ecosystem development, and institutional business leadership. Prior to Paramverse Bio, he served as Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, advising on agricultural supply chain transformation and FPO market linkage, and as CEO of Haryana Agro Industries Corporation. At Paramverse Bio, Anuj leads the greenfield buildout of the company's biologicals-focused crop-input business — from product portfolio and channel design to team recruitment and go-to-market execution across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka.

Anil Gupta

Anil Gupta brings deep domain expertise in agricultural inputs, with a career spanning leading organisations including BASF, Godrej Agrovet, UPL, and IRM. His experience covers new product launches — including patented chemistries — project management, and co-creation of agricultural solutions across India's diverse cropping systems. At Paramverse Bio, Anil leads business development, bringing pan-India field exposure and strong trade relationships to the company's biologicals go-to-market effort.

Kartik Laad

Kartik Laad brings seven years of experience at the intersection of business strategy, go-to-market design, and data-driven decision-making. Before Paramverse Bio, he held strategy and programme management roles at Astral Limited, Aliaxis, and TCS, working across digital transformation, revenue growth, and predictive analytics. At Paramverse Bio, Kartik partners with the leadership team on strategic planning, brand architecture, and technology-led operational initiatives.
